2. COMPLETE THE AGREEMENT


Our company ICA will be emailed to you for your completion and electronic signature.



3. TRANSFER FORMS 


Once you have completed our ICA, forms 504 for the real estate division and the Transfer and Drop form for LVR will be prepared emailed to you.  Please let us know in advance if you need a different form for NRED 

and LVR.



4. COMPLETE THE PROCESS


Mail or take in person the completed  form 504 along with form 505 form  your previous brokerage to the Nevada Real Estate Division along with a $20 check.  Email the Transfer and Drop form to LVR.   Executive Realty Services will receive your license a week after NRED processes your paperwork!
