Having worked for these bigger brokerages and now working with Enrique, I can assure you that the attention and the availability that Enrique gives to you goes without mention. Also, when he tells you that you pay a transaction fee and no monthly fee to hang your license, He means it!! Realty one Group promised me no monthly fee and then had a loop hole in their contract and started charging me $100 per month!! That really starts to add up with all of your other fees especially if you're not closing any transactions. Enrique also has given me more leads than the other 2 companies combined. They promised leads and no leads ever! Enrique is constantly trying to give us new tools to expand our business. He really cares about his people and it shows. I joined the company in 2013. I needed to switch to a Non MLS company for a while and I was so happy to find out that Executive Realty Services offers MLS and Non MLS services for agents. Very convenient. I stayed with Agent connect for a year and when I finally was able to get back to the MLS site, it was as simple as walk in the park. Enrique was very helpful and understanding and it`s always good to know that someone has your back. We have a virtual office, but that`s even better. With no monthly fee whatsoever, who would want to miss out on a 100% commission and knowing that your broker is a call/text/email away. Enrique is very quick with his response and he can always give you a good advise, or options during crisis.
