Enrique Moreno is a first class Real Estate Broker.  As a second generation real estate professional I know what a difference having a broker that is professional, motivated and caring can make.  He is immediately responsive to any concern whether it be via text or phone call.  I’m not sure where he finds the time but I certainly appreciate it.  I’d highly recommend Enrique and Executive Realty.  Five Stars!

My name is Louis Pick. I've been working with Enrique since 2012. I worked for Century 21 and also Realty One Group in the past. Having worked for these bigger brokerages and now working with Enrique, I can assure you that the attention and the availability that Enrique gives to you goes without mention. There have been numerous times that I needed Enrique's help or opinions about something and it had been after hours and he doesn't hesitate to respond and help you with whatever it is. Also, when he tells you that you pay a transaction fee and no monthly fee to hang your license, He means it!! Realty one Group promised me no monthly fee and then had a loop hole in their contract and started charging me $100 per month!! That really starts to add up with all of your other fees especially if you're not closing any transactions. Enrique also has given me more leads than the other 2 companies combined. They promised leads and no leads ever! Enrique is constantly trying to give us new tools to expand our business. He really cares about his people and it shows. I know there are lots of choices out there, but I would hands down recommend Executive Realty Services as a place to call home.

I recommend Enrique Moreno as a Real Estate Broker and owner of Executive Realty Services for several reasons. First and foremost is his constant communication with me. There has never been a single occasion that Enrique has not responded within minutes, usually seconds, whenever I have had a question or concern. Knowing you have that kind of support goes a long way to having peace of mind. I also love that everything is set up to be able to perform your work electronically. There is no need to waste your precious time driving to the office unless you want to. Personally, I prefer my own home office so for me that’s a huge plus. Another major plus is his personality. He is calm, cool, and collected. Not high strung, or harried and always treats everyone with great respect, kindness and humor. Patient and knowledgeable and more than willing to share his knowledge and expertise. I have worked for some great Brokers and I place Enrique Moreno and Executive Realty Services with the best of them and the company is just the right size. Big enough to compete, small enough to get personal service. One more little item that makes a huge difference is the 100% commission and reasonable transaction fee. As a Realtor we are bombarded by hands thrust out and into our pockets at every turn it seems, so to have a Broker help you succeed without taking a piece of your pie means you really have an opportunity to become as successful as you want to be. In closing, if you are considering a Broker for the first time or umpteenth, give Executive Realty Services a try and you won’t ever have to move your license again, because you will have everything you need and nothing you don’t.
