I joined the company in 2013. I needed to switch to a Non MLS company for a while and I was so happy to find out that Executive Realty Services offers MLS and Non MLS services for agents. Very convenient. I stayed with Agent connect for a year and when I finally was able to get back to the MLS site, it was as simple as walk in the park. Enrique was very helpful and understanding and it`s always good to know that someone has your back. We have a virtual office, but that`s even better. With no monthly fee whatsoever, who would want to miss out on a 100% commission and knowing that your broker is a call/text/email away. Enrique is very quick with his response and he can always give you a good advise, or options during crisis. With the low transaction fee in place, I`m happy to have found this brokerage and I`d highly recommend it to every agent out there.

Enrique Moreno is a first class Real Estate Broker.  As a second generation real estate professional I know what a difference having a broker that is professional, motivated and caring can make.  He is immediately responsive to any concern whether it be via text or phone call.  I’m not sure where he finds the time but I certainly appreciate it.  I’d highly recommend Enrique and Executive Realty.  Five Stars!

I recommend Enrique Moreno as a Real Estate Broker and owner of Executive Realty Services for several reasons. First and foremost is his constant communication with me. There has never been a single occasion that Enrique has not responded within minutes, usually seconds, whenever I have had a question or concern. Knowing you have that kind of support goes a long way to having peace of mind. I also love that everything is set up to be able to perform your work electronically. There is no need to waste your precious time driving to the office unless you want to. Personally, I prefer my own home office so for me that’s a huge plus. Another major plus is his personality. He is calm, cool, and collected. Not high strung, or harried and always treats everyone with great respect, kindness and humor. Patient and knowledgeable and more than willing to share his knowledge and expertise. I have worked for some great Brokers and I place Enrique Moreno and Executive Realty Services with the best of them and the company is just the right size. Big enough to compete, small enough to get personal service. One more little item that makes a huge difference is the 100% commission and reasonable transaction fee. As a Realtor we are bombarded by hands thrust out and into our pockets at every turn it seems, so to have a Broker help you succeed without taking a piece of your pie means you really have an opportunity to become as successful as you want to be. In closing, if you are considering a Broker for the first time or umpteenth, give Executive Realty Services a try and you won’t ever have to move your license again, because you will have everything you need and nothing you don’t.
