Standard Showings (Las Vegas Valley)

$99 per showing


Boulder City Surcharge

+ $50.00



Pahrump Surcharge

+ $75.00


*4 hour notice required


 *Expedited service is available for showings requested with less

than a 4 hour notice. A $50 surcharge will apply. 




Price includes full coordination of the showing between the listing agent and the prospective buyer. A text confirmation will be sent to you once everything has been scheduled.

Once the payment is received, the showing agent will coordinate the showings with the listing agent and buyer(S).

Showing agent will arrives on time, conducts the showing, and represents your brand professionally.
